Batch Transfer Guide

Import multiple accounts automatically using a compliant CSV file.

CSV File Format

Required Structure

The file must contain exactly these columns:

source_email,source_host,source_type,dest_email,source_port,dest_host,dest_password,source_password,notification_email,ssl

Conventions

No extra columns
All fields are mandatory
Passwords encrypted automatically
Recommended limit: 1000 rows
Leave source_host empty for Gmail/Outlook/Yahoo: it will be auto-filled
Yahoo: use a 16-character app password (IMAP + SSL 993)

Auto-fill: imap.gmail.com / outlook.office365.com / imap.mail.yahoo.com when source_type is gmail/outlook/yahoo and source_host is empty.

Remember to generate a 16-character Yahoo app password and keep port 993 with SSL.

App passwords

Some providers require an app-specific password when two-factor authentication is enabled. Use this dedicated password inside your CSV.

Prerequisites

Turn on two-factor authentication on the account.
Generate a dedicated app password before filling the CSV.
Keep IMAP enabled (port 993 with SSL).

Google (Gmail / Workspace)

Create the app password after enabling 2-Step Verification.

Create an app password from your Microsoft 365 security settings.

Available only for work or school accounts (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD). Not available for free Outlook accounts.

Enable IMAP + Yahoo app password

Generate a dedicated Yahoo app password and use it in IMAP Copy (imap.mail.yahoo.com, port 993, SSL).

Usage reminders

Use an app password only for accounts that require it (most often the source). For an LWS destination mailbox, use your main password in dest_password.
If MFA is required and no app password exists, the IMAP sign-in will fail.

Import Procedure

Prepare your CSV file

Strictly follow the indicated structure.

Go to the import page

In the menu, click on “CSV IMPORT”.

Upload your file

Select or drag and drop your CSV file.

Start transfers

Click on “Process transfers”.

Validation & Errors

Possible Error Types

Invalid or malformed emails
Missing mandatory fields
Incorrect source passwords
Duplicate addresses in the file

A detailed report will be generated after analysis for your corrections.

Transfer Tracking

Each transfer has its own individual tracking link once started.

Tip

Export all tracking links to a dedicated CSV file to keep them.
